W&M Partner Oliver Medenica Teaching International Trade Law at Pace University

Olivera Medenica will be teaching a ten week course on International Trade at the World Trade Institute at Pace University. Drawing on her experience at the Court of International Trade and her current practice through which she advises clients with import/export needs, she will cover real world business trade law issues. The syllabus includes the basics of international trade law, the international trade dispute system, and the particulars of importing and exporting goods to and from the Unites States. Olivera is delighted to teach a course on trade regulation as it increasingly gains importance and assumes a commanding role in her clients’ operations.
