PartnerTrack II Networking Event

Our second PartnerTrack event was a wonderful time. Again we had a fine turnout of accomplished urbanite entrepreneurs, businesspeople, various professionals from New York's rich Public Relations community, and the attorneys of NYCLA. GSTAAD was urban zen; mixed drinks between wide open industrial spaces laced with cozy corners. While we made certain that contacts and ideas were exchange, our guests took well to our encouragement to simply have a good time. We look forward to our next event and hope that you all can join us.

WRM Partner Gives Home Buying Seminar at Chase

On December 2nd, 2004, WRM's Simon Riveles gave a seminar on home buying in New York from a legal perspective at Chase Mahattan. Topics discussed included self defense for the hombuyer through contract of sale clauses and the fundamaentals of condos versus coops. WRM is active in educating homebuyers so that they can maximize legal counsel to make their transaction as predictable and hassle free as possible.
