SIMON RIVELES, ESQ., Of Counsel

An honors graduate of the University of Connecticut Law School, Simon’s practice is focused on advising start-up and mid-size corporate clients on issues ranging from entity structure and venture capital/angel financing to securities and corporate regulatory compliance. Simon started his practice in the corporate and real estate department of Day Berry & Howard, LLP, he later joined Tannenbaum & Helpern, LLP in New York City to assist the firm with merger and acquisitions and private placements. While he has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fledgling entrepreneurs with few resources other than a good idea, Simon prides himself on providing the same level of service, thorough advice and carefully considered expertise no matter what size the client happens to be. Simon is also fluent in German and assists clients in connection with transatlantic transactions.
