Simon started his practice in the corporate and real estate department of Day Berry & Howard, LLP, he later joined Tannenbaum & Helpern, LLP in New York City to assist the firm with merger and acquisitions and private placements. While he has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fledgling entrepreneurs with few resources other than a good idea, Simon prides himself on providing the same level of service, thorough advice and carefully considered expertise no matter what size the client happens to be.
